Designed in partnership with WGP Architects, Railway House will see the partial conversion / partial new build transformation of a 1920s commercial property into three bed residential in the heart of West London. A challenging location to secure planning permission and subsequent party wall agreements (12 in total), this site is due to commence build in spring 2024, with completion by end of year.
