Concept Design

Designed in partnership with WGP Architects for initial concept and planning application, and subsequently with Loud Architects for final design details, The Railway House was the partial conversion / partial new build transformation of a 1920s commercial property into three bed residential in the heart of West London.

A challenging location to secure planning permission and subsequent party wall agreements (12 in total), this site commenced build in 2024, with completion mid 2025.

Completed Build

Exterior details of property showing the changes made during the build – to the roof box connecting the existing structure with the new two storey extension, as well as features included in the concept design such as the first floor balcony and the set back brick pattern to the front extension wall.
